Estimated 2009 capital gain information for the RiverSource^® family of mutual funds, including Seligman^® and Threadneedle^® mutual funds, is now available.

The actual capital gain distribution per share may vary from the estimated capital gain listed in these estimates.

Final figures

In January 2010, actual capital gain distribution results will be available with the 2009 Ordinary Income and Capital Gain Distributions tables.
Actual capital gain distribution information for funds invested primarily in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) is expected to be available by March 2010. Form 1099-DIV for real estate funds and funds invested in ETFs is expected to be mailed by mid-March 2010.
